7 Running Tips You Can Use Today from Top Experts Upgraded and Expanded eBook Mark Eichenlaub Reviews
From newbie runner just getting started and looking to soak in all the information and tips you can find, or veteran runner looking for that extra motivation again, this book speaks to any runner. This is bang for the buck for sure, such a quick read, so affordable and legitimate experts. Good to have on hand to keep pulling out and referencing.
I love the content and length of this book. The information is right to the point and really useful. There are so many books out there to help one better their running, but often times they are so long and complicated that I just stop reading them. I don't want to feel like I'm in school while reading about running, haha. There is a 'Call to Action' after each chapter and I think this is the perfect way to give the reader options on how to incorporate the information they just read. I highly recommend this book to beginners, weekend warriors, and the like.
